You Deserve Bras That Work With Your Body
After mastectomy or lumpectomy, finding the right bra shouldn't feel like another battle. Yet many women are left with limited options that look and feel clinical - as if recovery means giving up comfort and style.
We believe differently: Post-surgical bras can be functional, comfortable, and even fun. They can help you exercise, move freely, and feel like yourself again.

Born From Personal Experience
I'm Cary Kim, co-founder of Handful. After my breast cancer diagnosis a decade ago, I chose a double mastectomy without reconstruction. Post-surgery, I assumed I'd never need a sports bra again - certainly not an entire drawer full of them.
I was wrong. Physical exercise became essential to my recovery, both mentally and physically. But finding the right bra was impossible. Everything felt like a medical device - uncomfortable, unflattering, and limiting.

That's when I partnered with Jennifer Ferguson to create something different. The result was the Handful Adjustable Bra, a post-surgical bra that doesn't compromise on style, comfort, or function. It's now been recognized by Everyday Health as the #2 best post-mastectomy bra, and it's helped thousands of women reclaim their active lives.
Post-mastectomy and post-lumpectomy bras don't have to look or feel like medical devices. They can be fun, stylish, and flattering - helping you reclaim comfort and confidence on your own terms.
